MD Formulations
We are disappointed to announce that we are discontinuing the MD Formulations line at EBAC. MD Formulations has decided to cut out all the small retailers like ourselves who helped establish their business. We have tried to call to discuss the matter, but Julie Kost, Vice President of Sales, who made the decision, never seems to be available to talk to us.
We and many of our clients have used the MD Formulations products for many years, so we are actively searching for a suitable alternative. If you would like to express your displeasure with MD Formulations' policy, drop us a note which we will forward to them, or become a "friend" to Bare Essentuals (MD's parent company) on Facebook, and express your displeasure with their unilateral decision to promote the megacorporation stores, and dismiss the independent skin clinics. We thank you for your support in advance!
Meanwhile, we continue to recommend against the use of Bare Essentuals makeup. Our experience has shown it to be comedogenic (acne-causing), and is NOT recommended for anyone suffering from acne. We're not asking you to "boycott" Bare Essentuals; we're simply recommending that you avoid using their makeup products if you have acne.
