SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Tuesday through Friday. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders placed after 11 AM, Pacific time, will be processed on our next business day, Holidays excluded.
Alaska and Hawaii orders require USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Second Day Air, or faster.
UPS Ground usually takes only 1 business day to Northern California; 2 business days to Nevada, Arizona and Oregon.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Eastbay Skin Care will accept merchandise returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of
the original purchase date. Products must be at least 3/4 full, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Instruments must be in original packaging with all original contents. All merchandise returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
COSMETICS are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances, so please be sure you are satisfied
with your make-up selections prior to purchase.
